Three commercial foodservice equipment service agents – Duffy’s Equipment Service, Appliance Installation & Service and Express Commercial Services – have merged into one business. Together, the three companies will now do business as Duffy’s – AIS.
The new company’s leadership team includes:
- Patrick Duffy, president
- Wayne Stoutner, CEO
- Paul Glowacki, vice president
- Paul Toukatly, vice president
“These companies have a combined experience of nearly 100 years servicing and installing commercial and industrial kitchen equipment throughout Upstate New York,” Toukatly said. “Our companies have always competed at a high level and worked together on a variety of projects over the years. Over time, we learned that working together made projects go faster, smoother and more efficient for everyone involved.”
As a result of the merger, Duffy’s – AIS will have approximately 50 technicians in the field with the ability to provide factory authorized service for all major manufacturers over 40,000 square miles.
“Bringing together the best attributes of these three companies will make for one stronger company in the future,” Stoutner said. “Providing quality service throughout our territory, continuing intensive training programs for our technicians, and utilizing best practices of all three companies will allow Duffy’s – AIS to set the standard for service throughout Upstate New York for many years to come.”
The company’s headquarters will operate from their centrally located facility in Sauquoit, NY, which was the home of Duffy’s Equipment Services. The other locations in Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, Watertown, Binghamton, and Schenectady will remain open as regional offices.
