Edward Don & Company Acquires Myers Restaurant Supply

Edward Don & Company has bought Myers Restaurant Supply, a Santa Rosa, Calif.-based foodservice equipment and supplies dealer. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Myers will operate as a division of Edward Don & Company and remain under the leadership of Charlie Fusari and Rob Myers, who will serve as CEO and president, respectively. “We look forward to bringing the Myers team on board,” said Steve Don, CEO of Edward Don & Company. “Their design-build and contract expertise complements our existing equipment and supplies business well, both in the California market and nationwide.”

With 2018 reported sales of $1.03 billion, Edward Don & Company is the third largest foodservice equipment and supplies dealer in the country, according to FE&S’ 2019 Distribution Giants Study. Myers Restaurant Supply reported annual sales of $49.1 million, making it the industry’s 31st largest foodservice equipment and supplies dealer, per the FE&S study.

This deal represents Edward Don & Company’s third acquisition since its investment from Vestar Capital Partners in March of 2017. In November of 2017, Edward Don & Company acquired Atlanta Fixture. And in January of 2018, Edward Don & Company acquired Smith & Greene
