Executive moves come in the wake of new CEO Jim Hyatt
Quick-service restaurant chain Church's Chicken announced a series of promotions and additions to its management team.
These changes include:
- Edward Brett, executive vice president, chief people officer, joins Church's after having served as a consultant for the company in 2011. Prior to joining Church's, Brett was the executive vice president of human resources and community affairs for Macy's, Inc. Central Division in Atlanta.
- Edward Williams, vice president, company operations, comes to Church's from Burger King Corporation, where he held the same title. He is responsible for multi-unit operator development and sales and profit improvement for 250 company-owned restaurants.
- Zack Kollias was promoted to executive vice president, international operations. Kollias joined Church's in 2005 and has led the international team since 2006. His responsibilities include overseeing operations, restaurant development, purchasing, training, marketing and new product development.
- Marcus Wasdin was promoted to vice president, information systems and learning technology.
These changes come just four months after Jim Hyatt joined Church's Chicken as its chief executive officer.
