James Franks was named vice president of franchising for Fazoli's.
A 22-year franchising veteran, Franks most recently served as vice president of franchising for Red Mango, a yogurt concept.
Prior to Red Mango, Franks served as the national director of franchise sales at Dunkin Brands.
Franks' initial priorities are to create a strategic franchising program that appeals to current franchisees, as well as, to operators of other brands.
