Catering pro takes the culinary lead for the chain of bowling-themed lounges.
Lucky Strike Laneshas named Bill Starbuck as its corporate executive chef. Starbuck comes to Lucky Strike after 23 years with Along Came Mary Productions, where he most recently served as vice president of catering and corporate executive.
Starbuck has a particular expertise in large-event gourmet catering, having planned and executed menus for many Hollywood movie premiers, the Emmy Awards and a number of celebrity weddings, according to a Lucky Strike release. He also prepared food for the Democratic and Republican conventions.
In addition, Starbuck's relationship with Lucky Strike dates back to 2002, when he teamed with Steven and Gillian Foster on the menu for the chain's first location. He has gone on to cater every Lucky Strike opening across the country, according to a company release.
Lucky Strike operates 18 bowling alley-themed lounges in 13 states and the District of Columbia.
