Also known as "Restaurant Nutrition: News & Insight," the website RestaurantNutrition.com plans such topics as complying with new menu labeling regulations, reducing sodium, calories and fat, improving the healthfulness of kids' meals, offering a gluten free menu, and capitalizing on the growing wellness trends.
The site will feature weekly interviews with industry executives and culinary leaders. NRA president and CEO Dawn Sweeney was among the first foodservice professionals interviewed, sharing her perspectives on the association's Food & Healthy Living Imperative.
