P.F. Chang's introduced Jim Mazany as its chief executive officer. He succeeds Brad Hill.

Jim MazanyIn his new role, Mazany will Mazany will “accelerate new restaurant development domestically and internationally, expand consumer packaged goods (CPG) initiatives, and refine P.F. Chang's fast-casual concept,” per a company release.

Mazany most recently served as chairman and chief executive officer of Rosa Mexicano, Yardbird, and Shell Shack. His background includes serving as CEO for SPB Hospitality, a multiconcept operator and franchisor, which works with such brands as J. Alexander's, Logan's Roadhouse, and Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery. Mazany’s resume also includes experience in the private equity world, having served as an operating partner with TriSpan Capital.

Hill joined P.F. Chang’s in 2017 and held several executive roles, including chief financial officer, chief operating officer and, most recently, chief executive officer.
