Multiline manufacturer Hoshizaki Alliance has acquired Structural Concepts Corporation, a Michigan-based factory that specializes in turnkey refrigerated and heated food displays.
In a move that broadens its product portfolio, multiline manufacturer Hoshizaki Alliance has acquired Structural Concepts Corporation, a Michigan-based factory that specializes in turnkey refrigerated and heated food displays. The transaction is expected to close by the end of July 2025, per a release announcing the deal.
“By joining forces, we are poised to set new standards in food display and refrigeration, empowering our customers with expanded choices and outstanding service,” says Chris Karssiens, president of Hoshizaki Alliance.
Hoshizaki Alliance is a group of commercial foodservice equipment companies that are part of Hoshizaki Group’s Americas region. Other factories that are part of the Hoshizaki Alliance include Hoshizaki America, Lancer Worldwide, Jackson Warewashing Systems, Fogel Group, and Hoshizaki Macom.
