Alissa Partee transitioned into the chief operations officer for Restaurant Technologies, a company that automates the cooking oil filtration process. Partee previously served as the company’s chief people officer.

Partee joined the company in 2020 as CPO and in that role she led the human resources team at Restaurant Technologies. During her tenure, the company grew from 1,000 employees to more than 1,500 nationwide, per a company release.

Before joining Restaurant Technologies, Partee spent three years at Caribou Coffee and Einstein Bros. Bagels, with her last two years as CPO.
