QDOBA appointed Kevin Carroll to serve as chief operating officer.

Carroll will now be responsible for all aspects of QDOBA's operations strategy and execution across approximately 800 restaurants in the U.S., Puerto Rico and Canada.

Carroll comes to QDOBA after serving as COO for Applebee's Grill & Bar. Prior to his time at Applebee's, Carroll spent 27 years with Chili's, where he served most recently as senior vice president of operations (Brinker International).

Carroll joins QDOBA at a time of robust growth as the brand plans to double the size of its current footprint to more than 1,600 restaurants over the next decade.
