Matt Dowling will now operate in a dual role of chief executive officer and chief financial officer for TOGO’S Sandwiches, a West Coast chain.
Dowling previously served as TOGO’s CFO. He replaces Glenn Lunde as TOGO’s CEO. Lunde stepped down from his post, per a company release.
Dowling will follow suit in overseeing overall operations, set strategic goals, focus on growing unit count and drive financial performance while continuing his role as CFO.
During the fourth quarter of 2024, the chain plans to open locations in Burbank, Calif., and Vancouver, Wash., using TOGO’s 3.0 design.
