Multiconcept operator Legendary Brands named Tim Creehan its chef of record.
Creehan will serve as part of an advisory board that will support all Legendary Brands' concepts, including the recently relaunched Steak and Ale, Bennigan’s and Bennigan’s on the Fly. He will also “guide the re-entry of Steak and Ale into the Florida Panhandle,” per a company release.
His restaurant industry career began when he started working with Steak and Ale at 14. By the age of 19, he had been named executive chef at two different restaurants: Joey’s and LaFitte’s Landing. Creehan then became corporate executive chef at Ralph & Kacoo’s Seafood Restaurant. He also served as consulting chef for Delta Pride and Country Skillet Catfish, a Con Agra company.
