Clint Umphrey has joined Biscuit Belly as vice president of operations.
Before joining Biscuit Belly, Umphrey held leadership roles with brands such as Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen, City Barbeque, Texas Roadhouse and Velvet Taco. His career highlights include overseeing market expansion and enhancing operational efficiency, which Biscuit Belly hopes will aid in its plans for significant growth in 2025.
