Black Bear Diner hired Art Kilmer to serve as chief operations officer for the cabin-themed family dining chain. He replaces Jeff Guido, who retired earlier this month.
Kilmer comes to Black Bear Diner from P.F. Chang’s, where he spent six years serving as the Asian-themed chain’s COO. In that role he was responsible for more than 200 domestic restaurants and worked with more than 95 international and airport franchises, per a company release announcing his hiring.
Black Bear Diner has 160 locations across the United States, including its newest additions in Texas.
