FAT Brands Adds to Development Team

Multiconcept operator FAT Brands hired Ammy Harrison to serve as senior vice president of non-traditional development and Maiyo Hood as vice president of international development. 

Harrison’s career spans nearly 25 years and includes working in non-traditional growth at Papa John’s International. She also served as vice president of development and strategy at Penn Station East Coast Subs. Hood most recently served as a managing director at Subway, Greater China. He also held a supply chain role at YUM! Brands Inc.

FAT Brands global footprint includes more than 2,300 units spread across the 18 restaurant chains the company owns.
