Bakery café chain Paris Baguette tapped Norm Ginsberg to serve as its vice president of operations. Ginsberg comes to Paris Baguette after 17 years with Bowlero, where he held a variety of leadership positions.
In his role, Ginsberg will oversee all operations aspects of Paris Baguette’s network, focusing on the guest experience, streamlining operations and supporting franchisees. He will work with department heads, district managers and directors.
“I don’t think that you can just manage and give direction without being supportive,” Ginsberg said. “That’s a big part of who I am. I’m passionate about what I do, and I’m relentless in trying to achieve our goals. If we want to have the best customer service in the industry, I will continue to work to ensure that our teams have what they need to maintain the highest standards across all our cafés.”
Paris Baguette has more than 4,000 units across the globe. The bakery café chain first franchised in the U.S. in 2015 and has since established more than 170 locations in markets across the country.
