Bobby Lang was hired to serve as a regional vice president and corporate chef in the Southeastern territories for Middleby brands TurboChef and CookTek.

Lang brings more than 10 years of experience to his new role with TurboChef and CookTek. He has worked as a chef, a sous chef and a territory manager for an independent manufacturers’ rep firm, per a company release.

During his time as a rep, Lang managed the company’s test kitchens in Nashville, Atlanta, and satellite kitchens throughout the territory.
