Mulitconcept operator SPB Hospitality hired Andy Somers to serve as vice president of operations for its Old Chicago and Brewery Divisions. The latter includes Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery and Gordon Biersch Brewery.
Somers’ restaurant industry career spans more than two decades, most recently serving as senior director of operations for P.F. Chang’s China Bistro. Somers brings a variety of experiences to his new role, from hands-on management roles to high-level corporate positions, per a company release.
Other SPB Hospitality concepts include Krystal, J. Alexander’s, Stoney River and Logan’s Roadhouse.
