The parent company for Norlake and Master-Bilt, Refrigerated Solutions Group made three updates to its foodservice sales organization.

George CampiseRSG hired George Campise to serve as regional sales director for the Northeast. He takes over from Robert Watson, who will now lead RSG’s Southeastern sales team. Watson joined RSG in August of 2022.

Campise joins RSG from Enofrigo where he served as director of sales. In this role, Campise managed Enofrigo’s network of independent manufacturers’ reps and worked with consultants, dealers, and chain accounts. Prior to joining Enofrigo, he was the director of sales for FETCO and the national sales director at Unified Brands.

Finally, Brian Kadel was promoted to vice president of dealer sales for RSG. Kadel joined RSG in November 2023 as director of dealer sales.
