Sage Hospitality Group tapped Justin Fowler to serve as chief operating officer for its Sage Restaurant Concepts (SRC) division, effective June 1, 2024.
In this role, Fowler will oversee the operations of Sage’s portfolio of more than 50 restaurants, bars, cafes and other venues.
Fowler joins Sage from SBE Lifestyle Hospitality, where he also held the role of COO. Before that, he spent more than 15 years at Starr Restaurants, serving most recently as vice president of operational finance overseeing 38 restaurants, including such brands as Pastis, Buddakan and Le Coucou. Before that, Fowler worked as a vice president of operations for Jean Georges Management, where he oversaw operations, finance, and marketing for five award-winning restaurants.
