Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux appointed Kendall Ware as chief operating officer for the sports bar and restaurant chain. He joins Walk-On’s roughly 30 days after the chain introduced Chris Dawson as its chief executive officer.

In his new role Ware will oversee all operational aspects of Walk-On’s, including driving growth and expansion.

Ware joins Walk-On's after previously serving as the chief operating officer of In-Shape Health Clubs. Ware also has experience in franchising having previously held leadership roles including president and chief brand officer of Cinnabon and Carvel, and as the CEO of Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt.
