Matt Delgado was named director of food and beverage for Panzano, a Denver-based Italian restaurant that is part of the Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants portfolio. He most recently served as the restaurant’s assistant general manager.
Delgado’s background includes serving as beverage director for Patina Restaurant Group in New York City. He also held a restaurant management position at Donovan’s Steak and Chop House, a San Diego-based restaurant. Delgado has served as general operations manager for Blue Bridge Hospitality in Coronado, Calif., and beverage director at Guard and Grace, also in Denver.
