In the latest in a series of personnel moves for the foodservice equipment manufacturer, Tyler George has joined Carpigiani North America as West Coast business development manager.
In his new role, George will manage Carpigiani’s sales efforts in Alaska, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, and Oregon.
George brings to Carpigiani 25 years of experience in the frozen dessert industry, ranging from establishing one of the first gelaterias in the U.S. to opening 100 Italian gelato stores, acting as professional consultant. Most recently, he worked in the Italian ingredient category with MEC3 as an area manager, corporate chef and national key account manager.
Earlier this month Carpigiani introduced Kelly Milbrecht as its new director of service. And in March Carpigiani North America updated its sales and marketing organization. The new structure consists of five groupings: global strategic accounts, North America chain solutions, sales network development, Carpigiani education and marketing.
