The Habit Burger, True Food Kitchen and Lion’s Choice announced personnel updates this week.

True Food Kitchen introduced John Williams as the chain’s CEO. Williams joins True Food Kitchen from Lazy Dog Restaurants as the former chief marketing officer.

Multiconcept operator Yum! Brands will promote Shannon Hennessy to CEO of The Habit Burger Grill Division, effective June 6.

In April Fred Burmer will take over as CEO of Lion’s Choice. He replaces Michael Kupstas as CEO of the St. Louis-based restaurant chain. Kupstas is retiring after nearly 50 years in the restaurant industry, including 6 with Lion’s Choice.
