Winholt added one person to its sales organization and promoted two others. Winholt hired Marty Palazeti to serve as stainless steel fabrication foodservice representative, while it promoted Mark Harsy to senior regional sales manager and Bradley Williamson to NE regional sales manager for foodservice.
A foodservice industry veteran with 25 years of experience, Palazeti’s background includes working with Duke, Delfield, Leggett & Platt and Elkay. In his new role Palazeti will work with Winholt’s regional sales managers and manufacturers’ reps.
An eight-year company veteran, Harsy will continue to lead the sales in the Central Region, which includes mentoring and training the company’s regional sales team. Harsy joined Winholt team in 2015 as a Midwest regional sales manager, further growing his territory to the central region a few years later.
Williamson started with the company in September of 2020 as a territory sales manager for New York and Long Island areas. In July 2021 he was promoted to sales project manager, supporting Winholt’s regional sales managers on a national basis. In his new role, Williamson will oversee the foodservice sales strategy for the Northeast region, working with Winholt’s network of independent manufacturers’ reps.
