Bar and refrigeration equipment manufacturer Perlick has promoted company veteran Tracy Pearson to president and CEO. The company also made several other executive promotions.

Tom Nackers was promoted to chief technology and experience officer from vice president of IT. Perlick also promoted Carrie Holewinski to director of finance and controller. Holewinski previously served as the company controller.

Pearson, who becomes Perlick’s first female CEO, joined the company in 2021 as its CFO. For the past nine months she has held the dual role of CEO and CFO.
