Paul Parr was promoted to general manager of TriMark Hockenbergs. Based in Nebraska, TriMark Hockenbergs is part of TriMark USA.

Parr’s grandfather, Tom Schrack Senior Sr., joined Hockenbergs in 1972. He bought the company in 1985 and brought his sons and Parr’s parents, Mary, and Paul Sr., aboard. TriMark purchased Hockenbergs in 2017.

Parr joined the team at 17 years old, stocking shelves, cleaning glasses, and other warehouse duties. After graduating from college, he joined the Hockenbergs accounting team. Since then he’s held roles of increasing responsibility, including controller, vice president of operations, and most recently, vice president of chain services.

“I’ve fulfilled my lifelong dream of following in my grandfather’s footsteps as Hockenbergs’ leader,” Parr said in a statement announcing his promotion. “I am eager to build upon my family’s legacy and drive the division’s growth. I am thankful to my wife for her support in pursuing my aspirations.”
