Alto-Shaam hired Arpita Raj to fill the newly created role of regional sales and culinary manager for India.
Raj brings more than 12 years of experience in culinary supervision, consulting operations to her role at Alto-Shaam. In her previous role, Raj was culinary head for a commercial refrigeration and foodservice equipment company in India, where she handled all operations, sales support, R&D, and product alignment for key accounts across the country.
