Abbey Resort Names Executive Chef

Luis Quezada was hired to serve as executive chef for The Abbey Resort. The Wisconsin-based resort features multiple concepts, including 20 West, Waterfront Restaurant, Gazebo Grill and Cafe Latte, as well as in-room dining, catering and more.

Quezada’s more than 20 years of experience includes serving as executive chef at the Kalahari Resort and Convention Center (Poconos, Pa.), Sheraton Hotel and Conference Center (Austin, Texas) and Hilton Buffalo Thunder Resort (Santa Fe, N.M.). He’s also held culinary roles at Caesars Palace (Las Vegas), Sandia Casino Resort (Albuquerque, N.M.) and Bellagio Casino & Resort (Las Vegas).

He is also a certified Chef through the American Culinary Federation.
