Christine Barone will become president of Dutch Bros Inc., during the company’s first fiscal quarter of 2023. Joth Ricci will remain as CEO of the Oregon-based coffee company.

Barone comes to Dutch Bros from True Food Kitchen, where she has served as CEO since August 2016. Her restaurant industry experience also includes serving in various leadership roles at Starbucks. Barone also has experience working with Bain & Company and Raymond James.

As president of Dutch Bros, Barone will lead company operations as the brand continues to scale towards its goal of 4,000 shops in the next 10 to 15 years. An operator and franchisor of drive-thru shops, Dutch Bros had 641 locations as of September 30, 2022.
