BBC Distributing, a Michigan-based foodservice equipment and supplies dealer, has acquired Bushong Restaurant Equipment. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The acquisition will play into the expansion plans for BBC Distributing, while further expanding and increasing Bushong’s presence in the Greater Cincinnati region.

Bushong Restaurant Equipment has locations in the Ohio markets of Cincinnati and Dayton. The dealer also has a 57,000-square-foot warehouse.

This marks BBC’s second acquisition in the last five years. BBC acquired Expar of Twin Lake, Mich., in November 2018.

Both dealers are members of the Excell buying group, which facilitated the introduction of the companies and eventually led to this deal, per an Excell release.
