BradyIFS has acquired Camden Bag and Paper Company, a distributor of foodservice and janitorial and sanitation products serving New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland and Virginia. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Rob Thomas and James Read, president and vice president of Camden Bag, are expected to remain with the company.
Camden Bag’s product offerings also include equipment and smallwares.
