Culinary Depot promoted Neil Posen to director of project management for the New York-based foodservice equipment and supplies dealer. Posen joined Culinary Depot in 2010 and previously served as a regional project manager for the company.

In his new role, Posen will oversee the project management team on all existing and future commercial project initiation, to planning and execution, through project closeout. His current team will include project managers Ariel Mammon, Ben Fogel, and Brian Whittaker; along with assistant project managers, Esther Potash and Rose Fisch.
