Moe's Southwest Grill continued to reshape its leadership team with the appointment of Mike Smith as vice president of operations for the fast-casual chain. Smith comes to Moe’s from Taziki’s, where he served as chief operating officer.

In addition, Moe’s tapped former FAT Brands executive Annica Conrad to serve as vice president of marketing. These moves come on the heels of Moe’s appointing Tory Bartlett to serve as chief brand officer.

“Moe's is currently in the middle of a transformation, and we are committed to revitalizing the brand through improved operations and brand positioning in the marketplace,” Bartlett says.
