CFS Brands acquired Progressive Products, which manufactures the WipesPlus. Headquartered in Rye Brook, N.Y., the WipesPlus manufactures FDA and EPA registered and approved wet and dry wipes for foodservice areas, healthcare environments, gyms, retail, and public spaces. The company’s product line also includes dispensing solutions.

WipesPlus will remain as a stand-alone entity within CFS Brands. For the foreseeable future, both customers and suppliers will continue to interact with WipesPlus as they have in the past, per a release announcing the deal. WipesPlus will continue to operate under the leadership of Jason Englander, CEO, and Mark Zeitler, president.

Oklahoma City-based CFS Brands is a multiline manufacturer of such foodservice-related brands as Carlisle FoodService Products, Dinex, El Castor, Jofel, Piper, San Jamar, Snap Drape, Sparta, and AyrKing.
