Thomas Dritsas was introduced as the concept chef for Whiskey Cake Kitchen & Bar.
Throughout the past 20 years, Dritsas served as senior vice president-corporate executive chef at Del Frisco’s Restaurant Group before finishing his tenure as chief culinary officer for the company.
In his new role at Whiskey Cake, Dritsas becomes responsible for the culinary program at large, including guiding the exploration of local ingredients, innovation, recipe adherence, training and development, and cost and margin controls. Dritsas will utilize his expertise to create a productive environment where continual learning and personal growth is encouraged.
Whiskey Cake has locations in Oklahoma City and Tampa, Fla., as well as the Texas cities of Friendswood, Katy, Las Colinas, Plano, San Antonio, Stafford and The Woodlands.
