S2O Consultants hired foodservice industry veteran Joe Mora to serve as a senior project manager. Mora’s foodservice industry experience spans more than 35 years, including 20 as a project designer and manager.

Mora began his foodservice consulting career with Cini•Little and has worked with other firms managing projects in hospitality, healthcare, sports venues, and amusement and entertainment. Some of Mora’s notable projects have been Volcano Bay water park at Universal Orlando, the Arizona Cardinals Stadium, the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City, and various restaurant projects in the U.S. and Europe.

His resume also includes stints working for such foodservice operators as ClubCorp, Restaurant Associates and Marriott.

He will be based in Tampa, Fla.
