Spaceman USA will acquire BDE Innovation, a provider of Internet of Things (IoT) and dispense technologies.

Marcus Buscemi Jr.In conjunction with this deal, Marcus Buscemi Jr., CEO of BDE Innovation, will become director of Eastern sales and key accounts for Spaceman USA. Buscemi’s foodservice industry background includes working with beverage equipment manufacturers Lancer and Micro Matic. In his new role, Buscemi Jr., will oversee Spaceman USA’s eastern region and key accounts throughout the country.

Spaceman USA manufactures soft-serve and frozen beverage machines.
