Nashville’s Henley gets New Executive Chef

Kristin Beringson was appointed executive chef for Henley, an American brasserie in Nashville’s Kimpton Aertson Hotel.

She also served as executive chef for Nashville’s City Winery location and Ellington’s Mid Way Bar & Grill inside The Fairlane Hotel. Beringson also served as chef de cuisine for The Green Pheasant, a Japanese fusion-style concept from Seed Hospitality, and she operated her own restaurant, SILO, a southern-inspired concept.
