Kristin Beringson was appointed executive chef for Henley, an American brasserie in Nashville’s Kimpton Aertson Hotel.
Beringson’s diverse culinary career includes positions with Holland House, a Nashville speakeasy-style restaurant. She also served as executive chef for Nashville’s City Winery location and Ellington’s Mid Way Bar & Grill inside The Fairlane Hotel. Beringson also served as chef de cuisine for The Green Pheasant, a Japanese fusion-style concept from Seed Hospitality, and she operated her own restaurant, SILO, a southern-inspired concept.
