Polar King International appointed Rachel Giese to serve as a customer service agent for the Indiana-based manufacturer of walk-in coolers, freezers and refrigerated trailers.
In her new role, Giese will help provide customer service, parts identification and technical support. Before coming to Polar King, Giese held customer service positions at PartsTown/Heritage Parts and Transmission and Fluid Equipment.
