Middleby Corp. tapped Andrew Romaine to fill the newly created position of sales and culinary development manager for its Ventless Solutions Group.
Romaine will focus on the ghost and virtual kitchen segment as well as senior living.
Before joining Middleby’s Ventless Solutions Team, Romaine was the southeast regional chef for TurboChef Technologies, also a Middleby brand. Romaine’s background working a variety of operator roles.
