Foodservice equipment manufacturer Alto-Shaam has opened a culinary center in Limena, Italy.
The facility features Alto-Shaam products in an environment suitable for demonstrations and more. Visitors can work with chefs, customers and dealers across the region. The space includes an open kitchen. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, demonstrations are available by invitation-only and will occur once a month.
Leading Alto-Shaam’s Italian team are Francesca La Chiusa, Europe business development manager; Sabrina Bellamio, sales representative; and chef Walter Antunes De Campos Neto, European executive chef.
