Chef Andres Kaifer, was named culinary director for Mac’s Hospitality Group, a North Carolina-based multiconcept operator.
Kaifer most recently served as executive chef at Vidrio, a restaurant in Raleigh, N.C. The Culinary Institute of America graduate’s background includes serving as a sous chef in restuarants in Miami, Fla., and Raleigh-Durham, N.C.
Mac’s Hospitality Group consists of Mac's Speed Shop, SouthBound and BackStage Lounge.
