Farmer Boys John Lucas was promoted to vice president of brand consistency from director of franchise operations for the fast-casual restaurant chain.
Lucas joined Farmer Boys in 2017 as a franchise business consultant. His more than 30 years of hospitality and restaurant experience includes operational and managerial positions at Andre Boudin Bakeries, Starbucks, and Marriott Hotels.
In his new role, Lucas will work to ensure Farmer Boys maintains consistent operational standards across every element of the chain.
This marks Farmer Boys second promotion in as many months. In June Farmer Boys promoted David Wetzel to president and chief operating officer.
