On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina appointed Tim Ward to serve as president and CEO and Bruce Vermilyea as chief financial officer.
Ward and Vermilyea both served in similar roles for Krystal Company until it was acquired by a pair of private investment firms in May. Before coming to Krystal, the duo also served together in leadership roles with Captain D’s.
