FOCUS Brands tapped Beto Guajardo, president of its Schlotzky’s chain, to lead the multiconcept operator’s international business, effective at the end of the month. He replaces Mike Kehoe, who will leave the company after nearly five years with FOCUS Brands.
Tory Bartlett, currently Schlotzsky's chief customer experience officer of Schlotzsky's will become the chain’s chief operating officer and brand leader.
Guajardo joined FOCUS Brands in September of 2019. Prior to joining FOCUS Brands, Guajardo served as senior vice president, global strategy at Starbucks Coffee Company. His background also includes experience in management consulting with McKinsey & Company and Deloitte Consulting, LLP.
