In a move aimed to help members grow and spur membership growth, PRIDE Centric Resources appointed Bryan Spencer to serve as director of business development for the Colorado-based foodservice equipment and supplies buying group.

In his new role, Spencer will work with PRIDE dealers to explore market opportunities and leverage the organization’s programs. He also becomes responsible for identifying new dealer members.

Spencer’s background includes more than 12 years of sales, project management, and leadership experience in both the foodservice industry. He most recently spent four years as a national sales manager for a manufacturer of smallwares and light equipment.
