Rōti Modern Mediterranean appointed Justin Seamonds to serve as chief executive officer of the Chicago-based fast-casual restaurant chain.

Prior to joining Rōti, Seamonds served as the CEO of Snack Street and president of Dean and DeLuca, where he led the organization to a $140 million buyout after making substantial improvements to the business, per a release announcing his new role.

Rōti operates 42 locations nationally, including restaurants in Chicago, New York City, Dallas, Houston, Minneapolis and Washington, D.C.
