KCL has plans to expand its business outside of the Americas. Luca Salomoni will now represent KCL and its product lines in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. KCL provides an array of software products that aid in the foodservice design process, including consolidating equipment symbol libraries and specifications in one location.
“KCL software tools have always served an international audience, but Luca will enable us to play a more active role in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East,” explained Kevin Kochman, president of KCL. “With more than two decades of experience in the foodservice design software business, Luca’s understanding of industry challenges and his relationships will help KCL build its presence abroad.”
Salomoni is the founder and developer of MasterChef software, which now goes to market under a different name. His background includes experience creating CAD and BIM applications and foodservice quote applications, per a release. And he played a role in developing the IFSE BIM Standard Classification.
