Farmer Boys appointed Dave Wetzel to serve as senior vice president of operations for the fast-casual restaurant chain. In this role, Wetzel becomes responsible for overseeing both company and franchise restaurant operations.

Dave WetzelA restaurant industry veteran with more than 35 years of experience, Wetzel comes to Farmer Boys from Del Taco, where he served as vice president franchise operations. His background also includes working with The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, El Pollo Loco and Taco Bell.
